Teacher's role in a new reality
About the course
Teachers today work with children and young people growing up in a rapidly changing world. New technologies, mental health challenges, cultural diversity and global uncertainty are changing both learners' needs and the teacher's role.

This course creates space to explore that changing role and practical ways to build inclusive, supportive and adaptable learning environments while continuing to learn and develop as an educator yourself.

By the end of this course, you will...

  • Understand how the teacher's role is changing alongside the needs and realities of youth.
  • Select and apply methods, tools, and strategies that empower inclusive and adaptive learning.
  • Foster effective communication and community in multilingual and multicultural settings.
  • Develop reflective practices to support both your growth and that of your learners.
  • Embrace diversity in all its forms - cultural, gender, migrant, and refugee contexts.
