This course offers educators a reflective and practical space to explore sustainability as a lived practice - in learning environments, organisations, and everyday professional choices.
Together, we look at how global and local challenges meet in education, and how educators can respond with clarity, responsibility, and care.
The course supports educators in navigating change as leaders, while staying connected to themselves and what truly matters in their work.

- Balancing innovation, resources & equity
- Visit: Sustainable local business

Day 5 - bringing it all together

The training is highly interactive. Instead of traditional lectures, we focus on shared reflection, co-creation, exchange of practices, and learning from different educational and cultural contexts.
The programme offers time to connect with others, reflect on your own practice, and engage with the city
as a learning environment. This immersive week is designed to support you in returning to your work grounded, inspired, and ready to lead with intention.
Participants receive supportive learning materials in advance.
