- The educator’s role during war, displacement, or social unrest.
- Methods for building safe, inclusive, and intercultural learning spaces.
Day 4 - Technology & Transformation
- The role of AI, digitalisation, and hybrid learning.
- Balancing innovation with human connection.
- Examples from different countries.
Day 5 - From Challenges to Solutions & Next Steps
- Collaborative problem-solving on participants’ cases.
- Building your personal and organisational “educator’s toolkit.”
- Group exchange: sharing strategies for the future.
- Course reflection, feedback, and certification.
Target audience:
Teachers, trainers, headmasters, school and education managers, educational counsellors, career counsellors, adult educators, other non-governmental organization staff, public servants, & policy makers.
Format & approach:
Participants will receive supportive learning materials in advance.
The training itself will not be built on lectures or presentations, but on searching for effective solutions & inspiration for the participants' practice, discovering experiences of other countries
and spending valuable time together.
